Not feeling well during your holiday? We have an English-speaking doctor onsite. You will find the doctor's office at Nuevas Palmeras close to the toilets in the Resort Service area (from 11/04/22).
Remember to bring your insurance certificate and passport with you. For medical help at all other times, please contact our Help Desk.
**The doctor is available at the hotel all days, except sundays, from 09:00 and as long as there are guests who need medical assistance. When the doctor leaves the hotel he/she is still on call for our guests. **
