At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Hang out in the Teen Lounge with our Teen Host. Here you can read, relax, talk, listen to music or join some of our games, crafts and activities.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Pearls & Beads".

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

Here you have the opportunity to paint the Teen Host as colorful as you like.

Join our fitness class while letting your child engage in activities with our competent activity team. Please drop off your child at the Fitness Studio 5 minutes before the class starts. The babysitting option is available for children aged 3-11. By booking this, you are also signing up for the Tabata class.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.

We play the classic and popular sport at the beach in various tournaments divided into teams. Who will win? Please be aware that it may get quite warm, so we recommend bringing a water bottle.
