At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Family Tabata is a high intensity, full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. This class is fun and suitable for children of 8 years and up to join with their guardian. Quality time at its best! Show up 5 min before class starts, and make a reservation per participant.

Did you know that Lollo comes from Africa? During this activity we will go out on an exciting safari adventure where we will get to know all of Lollo’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Lollo’s heritage and how she ended up at this hotel. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children.
