At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Yoga is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate. Make one booking per participant.

This is the second out of two mandatory rehearsals, and during this activity we prepare for tonight's show! To join this activity, participation in Rehearsal 1 is required. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

We play the classic and popular sport at the beach in various tournaments divided into teams. Who will win? Please be aware that it may get quite warm, so we recommend bringing a water bottle.

After two Teen Talent rehearsals it is showtime. Come and watch the show and cheer the teenagers on! The show is followed by Mini Disco and hug session with Lollo & Bernie.

Tonight, it's all about rock 'n' roll! We will give you a tribute to some of the legendary rock bands and the unforgettable hits they produced throughout the history of rock. Enjoy our rock show where we'll bring you back to nostalgic moments with rock hits we know you've heard before. Let's "Run to the hills" together and set the "Heaven on fire".
