Air Conditioning
Available free of charge from 15:00 – 09:00 (June 1 – September 30). The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system (set to 23 – 26°c in room/apartment).
Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.

Room Cleaning
Happy Baby & Royal Suites, Lollo & Bernie Suites and Royal Welcome Package:
- Cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30.
- Please let us know at the Help Desk if you'd like your apartment cleaned at a specific time.
All other apartment types:
- Cleaning between 8:30-15:30
- No cleaning service available after 22:00
- Two non-cleaning days per week: Sunday and Wednesday
- Note: If you’re travelling unspecified, apartment cleaning is not included. Cleaning service can be booked at the Help Desk at an additional charge.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
Pool & beach towels are only washed upon request to minimize water usage and negative impact to the environment.
Please place the used towel in the basket in your bathroom and we will change them. You can also pick up fresh towels from reception.

- For Welcome Package Royal guest - simply call Help Desk with your request and we will deliver it to the room
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the hotel entrance and at the pool area. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
